Because every HANNA piece is personalized and made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
