What is HANNA jewelry made of?
Every HANNA piece is hand-finished from solid jeweler's brass and plated to a luxurious 2.5-micron thickness — offered in two signature finishes: 14k White Gold Finish and 18k Yellow Gold Finish. All metals are nickel-free and lead-free, designed for sensitive skin and made to be worn every day. Each necklace is built to carry meaning: a quiet, wearable keepsake for milestones, memorials, gratitude, and the bonds you never want to take off.
What is demi-fine jewelry?
Demi-fine jewelry sits between costume and fine jewelry. We use high-quality base metals like brass with thick gold plating (2.5+ microns) to create pieces that look and feel luxurious — without the luxury markup.
Is HANNA jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All of our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, making them safe for sensitive skin. If you have a specific metal allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Will the gold plating fade?

Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order arrives in a HANNA signature pouch inside a gift-ready box. We also offer gift notes at checkout — just leave your message in the order notes.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order in 2–5 business days. After that, Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days. Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is personalized and made to order, all sales are final. We do cover manufacturing defects — see our Returns page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins on your personalized piece, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
